My rental property needs new carpet. I checked with several carpet installers and decided to use Carpet Now. Ben and his team did a great job. The new carpet looks great. My realtor is happy with the quality too, both materials and labor. Their price is pretty reasonable, but not the lowest I can find. But I am glad to have good quality with little bit more money. I will hire them again with future carpet work.

Carpet Now was great on being on time in the time frame that was scheduled. Very transparent on pricing and on any questions I had beforehand. Ben was most helpful in letting me know what works best for my house as I wanted it pet friendly.The result was outstanding after removal of the old carpet, moved furniture, and replaced with new carpet. I would not hesitate to reach out to them again for another project!

Salesman was professional and showed us carpets that matched our desires in color terms. Price was almost the best of a number of vendors but installation was very quick (2 days). Only slight mishap was they left some of the removed carpet on the driveway. When notified about this manager responded quickly had it picked up. I would recommend them and would use them again.

We needed to install new carpet in our new house and received estimates from three different companies. Chuck came over to our home, measured, showed us our options, and gave us several estimates depending on which choice we went with. Chuck was very informative, friendly, and non-pushy. They had a great carpet selection and we’re able to do the 2,000 SF carpet install just a few days later! The installers were fast, efficient, and nice. These guys are just great! The product is amazing and I loved the service that they delivered. After dealing with countless contractors and service providers, theses guys are the only ones that I would love to continue to do business with in the future and confidently recommend. They were quick and reasonably priced, but their installers were not especially careful moving our furniture. Frankly, I'm glad they moved furniture (saved me a big headache), but some pieces were scratched. When informed about the damage, they covered the cost of repairing the damage. It is a stand-up business who cares about their reputation.

We live in Central New York, but recently bought a condo in Texas that needed new carpet. Lots of researching on the Internet led us to Carpet Now. Most of the carpet pre-selection was done via phone and email. All the while, Chuck at Carpet Now worked with us. At the advice of our realtor we decided to replace all of our carpet in our home shortly before putting it on the market. Carpet Now really lived up to their name - they gave me a quote immediately (in fact, Ben came out in person and measured my house while I wasn't home - the fact that we could trust him with that right off the bat says a lot!) They gave us a pretty unbeatable quote and a super-fast turnaround time. Carpet Now made our carpeting selection and installation a stress free process. Chuck met us at our house with many samples which gave us a true opportunity to evaluate existing paint colors in our home compared to carpet samples brought for selection. Chuck was on time, friendly, knowledgeable on everything carpet and padding and scheduled an installation time for the following week. Virginia and Cesar arrived at our house on time and immediately went to work doing an outstanding job preparing the floor, padding and carpet. They cleaned the installed areas nicely asked if had any questions and then departed. I have had bad experiences in the past using the big box stores carpet and installers and this was such a headache free process with Chuck and his crew.

I needed someone to install carpet in my mom's home who passed away. I did not have time to go to a showroom and make selections. I found Chuck on yelp. He saved me time and energy, he came to the house with his samples in hand and measured and gave me a quote right there. We scheduled the install the next week. I was able to leave the installers in the home while I was at work. They finished the job within hours and was really good. My realtor told me the house looked great like a different place. Call this guy his price was very reasonable. I will most certainly use him again in the future and recommend him to my friends.

These guys did a great job! It was easy to schedule online, and they came out the best day with samples and to do a detailed measurement. The carpet I wanted was in stock and they got me on the schedule within 3 business days. They came on time for the installation, hauled away all the old materials, and installed the new carpet exactly as planned. Great team to work with!

Probably the best value as far as quality and price in all of Austin, and trust me I looked around quite a bit. We only got one room done but it looks amazing. Professional sales staff and the install team was quick, professional and did an amazing job. I won't even bother looking anywhere else next time I need carpet installed. I had a cat that went to town on a brand new carpeting for a couple months, and I needed to replace it. entirely. I told chuck what I needed as the exact color and he did all the leg work. Such great service! We’re in the process of moving into a new place and realized we needed to quickly re-carpet before furniture is moved in. Carpet Now came to the rescue - brought samples to the house the day I contacted them and the carpet was installed just a few days later. The sales manager, Chuck, was fantastic to work with and his team arrived on time and did a great installation job. Would definitely recommend and hire again!

A friend referred us to Carpet Now. We called Ben and he literally scheduled a 1:1 consultation with us the next day with Chuck. Chuck brought samples to our house and we selected one. We had an installation date the following week. It could have been sooner but we were waiting on painters. A few days after the install, there were a couple of small things I asked to be tightened up and Chuck sent the crew the next day and it took less than 15 minutes. All our concern with waiting and timing was gone. Thanks to Ben, Chuck and the crew for giving us great carpet quickly. By the way, it was a considerably less expensive then the other quote we had.
